Obama attacks the law against gay marriage and declares: "And 'unconstitutional'

The Obama Administration changes its position on gay marriage in the federal courts no longer defend the Marriage Act, the Marriage Act, which recognizes that only one between a man and a woman. This was announced by the Minister of Justice, Eric Holder, reporting that the president has called the law, which previously prohibited unions between persons of the same, as "unconstitutional.".


The U.S. president ordered Wednesday to Minister of Justice to "stop defending" the constitutionality of the law in two cases currently pending in the state of New York. A statement released by the Department of Justice states that "the president has decided that having a number of factors, including documented cases of discrimination 'law' is unconstitutional."
