Berlusconi says he can prove that Ruby was old

Rome. .- The Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, has assured members of his party, the People of Freedom, "is evidence" that the young Moroccan Kharim Ruby The Mahroug, the young woman at the center of the process brought against the president for child prostitution and abuse of power, there was a minor when he met the president.

According to the newspaper Corriere della Sera, Il Cavaliere would have reminded his associates that "had sex" with Ruby, nor the girl was underage when he met, which would absolve him of the crime of child prostitution in the brought against the agent process, which will have its first hearing on April 6.

The prime minister has maintained that Ruby "was recorded in the registry two years after being born" in his hometown in Morocco, a country which, says the paper, there is no tradition of birth registration. Members of the party say that the argument of the defense in the process is that Berlusconi "has not had sex with the girl" and also "was not a prostitute." If it is ultimately proves that Ruby was not lower when Berlusconi met, the process would end, because there would be "no crime", and assured the prime minister.

Berlusconi said Wednesday that "in a civilized country such a process would take half an hour", while in Italy it longer and make it a media process. " The president also stated that "has never harmed anyone in his life" and that "no one can prove otherwise." He stressed that the process is "absurd because he is accused of something that does not exist." According to Berlusconi has said the accusation of abuse of power "does not hold because the direct interest has denied it had received no pressure" like Ruby "has denied having sex with me."
