Arrested in Madrid the new leader of a group of Russian mafia

Madrid .- La Guardia Civil in Madrid have arrested a Russian citizen Dmitry Konstantinovich Belkin, considered the leader of a Russian mafia group and he is accused of murder of the principal investigator for the Office of Odintsovo.
