PAKISTAN - A "hot line" between Islamabad and New Delhi

The Indian and Pakistani authorities have agreed on March 29, to establish a "hotline" between the two countries "to prevent terrorist attacks," the newspaper reported. Both parties can now also investigate their neighbor on the attack in 2008 at Bombay. These decisions were taken on the eve of the semifinals of World Cup cricket between India Pakistan.

Prime Minister of Pakistan has declared a half day off on this occasion.
