France-Italy, is on migrants clash

The immigration crisis once again rekindled the conflict between France and Italy. Once in Italy Interior Minister Maroni had discussed the possibility of a temporary residence permit for immigrants wishing to leave Italy on their way to another EU country here from Paris came the reply from the Minister of the Interior trans Claude Guéant .

Paris says Guéant not want to "be a wave of immigration 'Tunisia from Italy, a country where the candidates returned to you to stay in France that do not meet the conditions of identity and required resources. To move "within the Schengen area - said Guéant - not enough to have a residence in a member state but are required identity documents and, above all, a justification of resources'.

For this reason the Minister of Interior issued a circular addressed to all prefects that clarifies the action to be taken when the immigrants will be presented with their temporary document issued by Italy. The aim is to prevent the temporary permit is deemed sufficient to remain on French territory.

A choice that has generated the disappointment of Maroni, who spoke of "hostile attitude" of France. But we now see the five conditions that must be met for an immigrant came to Europe from Lampedusa to remain in France. The five conditions - "The third-country nationals holding a residence permit issued by a Member State can not be considered in a regular situation, unless they meet the following five conditions to be verified in this order: 1) Being minutes a travel document valid (passport) recognized by France 2) Be in possession of a residence permit valid 3) Being able to demonstrate that they have sufficient resources (62 € per person per day, € 31 if they have already a property) 4) Do not be a threat to public order 5) There must be logged in France for more than three months.
