Hugo Chavez returned to Cuba and landed by surprise at dawn in Caracas

"Very happy to be home again." After almost a month of convalescence, the president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez arrived in the early hours of Monday to Caracas on a plane from Cuba which fell on his feet.
