"His Majesty King Mohamed VI, may God assist him, on Saturday received a phone call from King of Spain, His Majesty Juan Carlos I, during which he congratulated the Ruler of the address to the nation on the evening of Friday in which he presented the broad outlines of the draft constitution to be submitted to a referendum on July 1 next, "reports the official Moroccan news agency, MAP.
